Privacy Policy
We collect only what we need to respond to you and run this website, and we never sell your information.

This policy explains how Northjoin ("we", "us") handles information when you visit northjoin.com or contact us. If you have questions, email hello@northjoin.com.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact and discovery requests: your name, business name, business email, and optionally your phone number, website, industry, company size, the challenge you describe, the services you're interested in, your preferred contact method, and, only if you choose to share it, a budget range.
- Call bookings: the details you enter when booking a call, such as name, email, time and notes.
- Automation assessment: your answers to the assessment questions. We store these without your identity unless you ask us to email you the results.
- Newsletter: your email address, if you explicitly subscribe and confirm.
Information collected automatically
- Security data: to protect our forms from spam and abuse, we process your IP address and use a bot-protection check. We store IP addresses only in a one-way hashed form, for a short period.
- Analytics: if you consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed and whether a form was submitted. We do not send your name, email or message content to analytics. If you decline, analytics cookies are not set.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry, schedule calls and provide the services you ask about.
- To keep a record of our conversations and manage our sales process.
- To send you messages you've requested, such as an acknowledgment, booking confirmations or assessment results.
- To send our newsletter, only if you subscribed and confirmed. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link.
- To protect the site against spam, fraud and abuse, and to improve it.
Submitting a contact form does not subscribe you to marketing emails. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Service providers we use
We share information only with providers that help us operate, and only for that purpose:

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry and client records for as long as we have a business relationship with you and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. Security data such as hashed IP addresses is deleted within days. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices and rights
- Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
- Unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in any issue.
- Decline or withdraw analytics consent.
To make a request, email hello@northjoin.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We will respond as those laws require.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and the principle of least privilege to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the information we hold.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
